Gemma is Chloë's little sister - I imagine her to be somewhere between 21 and 23, although really, as long as she's younger than Chloë (who's 29), I'm not picky. Basically, Chloë has no idea what happened to her with the global wipes; she could have been one of the people to not pick up the phone or she could now be a butcher--it's up to you. And that's all I have on her. She and Chloë are close (were close, if you want her to be a butcher), but everything else is up to you.

He's a guy, he's probably in his early thirties, and he and Chloë hadn't been working together long, but long enough for her to trust him implicitly; it was a working relationship, and they didn't know much about each other's personal lives at all. Other than that, it's all up to you - how close they really were, if he fancied her, if he was an undercover agent for Rossum infiltrating the FBI (that would be pretty cool!) - it's all open!

I know he's canon, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. Paul was Chloë's first supervisor when she got out of the FBI Academy and she really, really liked him; not so much to get in the way of her professionalism but it was kind of a school-girl crush. Of course, then Paul got interested in the Dollhouse and was considered mad and moved departments, and Chloë pretty much never saw him again, although now she's wishing she believed him about the Dollhouse because it probably would have made finding it easier, but I have plans for when the actives finally find the Dollhouse - Paul will be the only person from her past life that is still alive and he'll probably turn her back into that fresh-out-of-the-academy agent for a bit - although I really want him to notice how she's changed too. But, anyway, too many details for this. I'd just really love a Paul. XD
