General Personality: Sarah is generally a warm, kind and compassionate person, although she can be ruthless when she needs to be. She lacks and open and trusting nature that a lot of people have, but displays a great deal of intuitiveness about others' character, even when under impression. She is a very sympathetic and empathetic person to those who are in need of those traits, even if she is not feeling like displaying any of those at the moment. Sarah is highly protective of those around her, especially those who she has been assigned to. They all mean something so great to her, she will refuse to let
anything happen to them. She is also a very concerned person when needs be and cares for every single person as an individual, although some are less human than others.
She is very quick to acknowledge and reinforce any of the abilities shown by anyone around her and pushes everyone to their limits. She has learned to keep secrets, hide her emotions extremely well and fight for those who need it. Although she has been taught to keep secrets diligently.
Sarah jealously guards her personal life, at least all that she can remember, and keeps it protected and safe under all means necessary, even if it means lying to someone she loves and cares about. And in doing so, she masks her emotions to well, sometimes its hard for even herself to remember how she is feeling. She tricks herself into feeling what everyone else wants her to think that when the times come for her to express her true feelings and emotions, she can't.
She is very adept to taking on different roles and covers, which might just be why she chose to become a Doll in the first place. tends to be very skilled in hand-to-hand combat which she remembers even through her impressions, and she has been studying it since she was 6 years old. However, she has learned to cope with all of this difference between her and her fellow Dolls that it doesn't even phase her anymore. Being different just became part of life.

the history
Place of Birth: Born in Australia
Family: Her father, who is currently looking for her.
General History: I hate it when people begin their character's history with
"Blankety-blank was born in Blank, Blank to his/her parents Summer and Jerry...". So instead, I'm going to start with when she was 6 years old. At six, Sarah Walker had 1 living parent, her father. Her mother had died when she was 2 years old in a plane crash as she was visiting Europe. However, most single parents don't exactly make a lot of money. And Joseph Stallings, as he had then called himself, hadn't even gone to college.
So after Emily Burton had died, he began the craft of conning. Not only was Sarah, then known as Samantha Stallings, aware of her father's activities, but she actively participated in them. One of her more favourite scams included Sarah pretending to be a rebel little girl who had tried to break into a mall, amusement park, et cetera, while her father, with the defense systems down, would quickly lift most of the cash from the safes, providing them with probably the most money the two had ever had. These first years of Sarah's life as a con-artist were those that she know remembers most and has probably prepared her the most for the career she in currently in: Being a Doll. However, now her father has recently been let out of prison and is looking for Sarah adamantly and will refuse to give up. Too bad it's all ready too late.
When she was 14 years old the two moved to California in the United States, to keep safe from those who might have found out about their involvement in a large lift of money a few months earlier. They went under different names: Bernie and Quinn Hickman. Most of her high schooling was spent at Santa Monica High School. However, when Sarah was 14 years old, her father was locked up by the feds when one of his lifts involved Cocaine, Mary Jane, and even a little girl named Sally, whom he didn't even know about. He was simply put in charge of the transaction between the two groups, but it went seriously wrong when one of the so called "transactors" turned them over to the feds. When that happened, Sarah had practically no where to turn. She was parent less, so she was given a temporary guardian because her father was only supposed to be in prison for eight months, but tried to escape and killed a guard in the process, adding six years onto his sentence.
Now, she is known as Sarah Lee, but her alias is ZULU. However, she had been reimprinted, despite the usual rule, with her own personality and tends to go by Sarah, although when she is with her superiours and is called ZULU, she responds just as well. Frequently, when she is imprinted with another personality, however, she always seems to remember at least part of her original self. As for her father, he doesn't even know she is. She lives in the Dollhouse in complete bliss and goes out on missions when required. She came across the Dollhouse when just after her father's arrest when she was twenty years old and needed somewhere to go. Sure, she was a legal adult, however, that didn't satisfy her. She always dreamt of being a different person and this place caught her eye and sent her head reeling. She could be a completely different person every week, roughly, and never remember all that she did. She automatically began doing research and after doing so quickly requested to become an "Active" or "Doll" as they called it. She has since been living there and has become blissfully unaware of all of the chaos that surrounds her there.

Role-Playing Sample:
When Sarah was 6 years old, she broke her arm. She had been over-hearing her best friends' parents fight one evening about divorce and she couldn't take it anymore. She burst out in tears, swung open the front door and ran outside. She tripped over the stoop, though, on her way out the door, and she was shocked. How many times had she pretended for her father's sake to break an arm or a leg? She always pretended that she was in real pain, that her leg was really broken in half. But the thing is, when she was laying on the ground in front of her friend's house, she didn't feel the pain as much as she remembered why she had ran out of the door in the first place. Emilie's parents had been talking about divorce, how much they couldn't be together. At that moment, Sarah thought about Emilie and how she would be torn apart by this. Then she thought back to her own family. Her mother had died when Sarah was just two years old. Her mother didn't have a choice whether he wanted to be with them or not, it just happened. After that incident, she had been having the same nightmare where she had been cut into so many pieces that there wasn't enough of her to be put back together.
When Sarah had walked into the courtyard, a book under her arm, she remembered all of this. But she didn't show any emotion. All of these thoughts had gone through her mind before and they just didn't phase her anymore. Her mother wasn't there, and nor was her father. One thing that she had learned, though, through all of this, was that You can't look back - you just have to put the past behind you, and find something better in your future. She looked around, hoping to find an open bench, or someone she knew to share one with. Luckily, she spotted a bench where one of her friends, she wasn't exactly sure if she should call him close, was sitting, reading a book as well. Well, actually, he had
placed the book beside him and was just relaxing, something Sarah hadn't done in a long time. She walked over to him, one step at a time, and sat next to him. She bumped him with her shoulder and smiled at Landon.
"Hey. What's up?" she asked, hoping that she could take her mind off of things that weren't meant to be thought about.
