It's time for an introductions thread, I think!

I'm Becca and I play Claire Saunders/Whiskey and Chloë Lafferty. I'm eighteen from England, currently studying maths (ew, exams soon!) with a view to move into acting. I've been RPing for, ooh, at least six years, and this is my site. xD I'm obsessed with pretty much everything Joss Whedon has created ever, and am soooo annoyed that Dollhouse has been cancelled because the second season has been awesome so far (and because I'd have liked to see more Buffy/Angel/Firefly alumni in it). I have a zillion other obsessions, but I won't go into them now because it'll take too long, ahaha.

Odd fact: I've been RPing with Becca for almost two years now. hehe (It's irresistible.) I've been complaining about Dollhouse for awhile, and then Becca had a brilliant idea and, as with all her brilliant ideas, I became a follower. I'm the other admin on here. I play the unliked Alpha. But you should plot with me because he's not all bad. I've been roleplaying for five years. I'm not always the most active person, but I try.

I'm Megs and rather old: twenty two. I'm a huge fan of Firefly/Serenity, which was how I got exposed to the genius of Joss...and therefore, a huge fan of Dollhouse. I'm leaving college (university for the overseas folks) with two degrees in may: Theatre and Poli Sci. So, one day, you're gonna see my face on the tv or movie screen, no joke. Already done extra work with some great productions, so there's a tiny step, right? Right. Maybe I'll end up playing a crazy like River... my roommates already refer to me like that now and then. Oh, and to top it off: been a dancer all my life. Ballerina really, but I'm tall, so... I'm embracing the world of contemporary and modern dance.

For the record: I hate fox for cancelling another brilliant show...and, I completely love crazy/psycho/scary Alpha!

I own a few sites, including Heaven in Black which is an affiliate to this site here. I've been looking for a good Dollhouse site and am happy to have found one, even though i normally do not do proboards site, but hey, it looks fabulous. and and uhm...IM COLD. Hum.. I never tell about myself 'cause I'm an OCD paranoid little freak. But meh!

The name is Kit, don't wear it out.. >_< I'm a freshmen in college and I enjoy long walks on the beach. -cough- I mean uh -shifty eyes- I'm majoring in English, 'cause I love to write. I'm a published author. Heck to the Yea!! Stoked much I'd say.

Drawing is something I enjoy too, but I'm far to critical of my work to ever go anywhere with it. Curse the art teacher my sophomore year in HS that said and I quote "I hope you don't plan to make a career of this, because you can't draw." >_< Bi..you know what! Belh! I'll show her, I won't draw but I'll write and be a dang good one darn it!

I live on Earth, though even that is questionable at times.

As far as pets go, I have a cats and two rats. ^^ If you ask nicely I may post pictures of them for any interested.

My passions besides my obvious love of writing. I have an unhealthy obsession with Tigers -has a tiger and the Chinese zodiac symbol tattooed on her back. - I collect tigers in all forms as well as playing cards.

I love reading, mostly vampyres or other such supernaturally based things. An sorry for those that hate it but I'm a 'Proud Twilight Fan' Fluffy vampyres unite! -cough- Not really but yea, Twilight rocks in my humble opinion Fluffy or not, Edward Cullen is hot. An Emmett isn't to bad either. ;p I love all Joss' work too. Dollhouse, Angel, Buffy. All of it. But loath Fox.

Hi! Just introducing myself, as I have been accepted!

My name is Katie and I'm 23 years old. I'm a college graduate (Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Specialization in Drawing... it sounds a lot cooler than it is) currently trapped in frigid, frozen southern Illinois. I've been RPing in some fashion for 11 years now, which is sort of frightening to really look at, since that's just shy of half my life thus far. Not that I would even admit to my early characters anymore There's only so much good a 12-year-old can do, right?

I am addicted to coffee, love to read, and I am trying to become a serious writer, which is a bit like shoving a camel through the eye of a sewing needle, haha.

I've been a fan of Dollhouse for the start, even episodes I didn't like/didn't think were that good, in part because of the potential I could see there... especially for fan-created stuff like this. I think there are some cool places the idea can take us!

I'm Lauren, I play Adelle DeWitt. I am 19 going on 20 in a few months, and I live in the United States where I am currently in college. I've been RPing on and off for a couple of years and I currently RP Adelle on Facebook as well.

I like a lot of others is really annoyed at Dollhouse's cancellation because not only am I a fan of Joss Whedon but I am also a fan of good storytelling and there's not a lot of TV that has that kind of good storytelling and conspiracy in it. (To give you another example, the last show I loved was the new Battlestar Galactica.) So I have an appreciation for complex characters which I think Dollhouse provides a lot of.

In addition to enjoying a good TV show I like to knit and I know of one person who does custom sci-fi sock yarns so I keep buying Dollhouse inspired colorways. I already have Adelle DeWitt (ala Needs) and Miss Lonely Hearts. I am hoping to get a Whiskey/Dr. Saunders colorway soon.

And this is a long introduction so I am going to go back into my head now.

So, hi there! I'm Zen, and no, that's not my real name. I don't tell anyone my real name for, you know, security purposes.

I live in Southern California, so when you guys talk about how cold it is, I smile and think of how warm I am. But I do know how you feel--I lived in both Illinois and Virginia, and both places get pretty cold. I am currently 18 (since December 11!) and am a Senior in High School. I've been writing a book now since 9th grade, so it's safe to say that I've procrastinated a lot. I'm really bad a math, really good at writing and drawing.

I have loved Whedon since... oh... a while ago when I tried to get into Buffy and Angel. However, that didn't work out. BUT! Firefly and Serenity stole my breath away, and I believe you'll often see Firefly/Serenity nods in my posts. When I heard Whedon was coming out with Dollhouse, I was so ecstatic. I literally counted down on my calendar for the days, similarly to what I do with Lost and Heroes (because *sarcasm* I totally am not obsessed with those shows). Though I'm sad that Dollhouse only lasted two seasons (past tense because Fox already cancelled the show), I do believe that all Whedon needed was two seasons to bring the whole story together.

Anyway, more about myself... I have two cats and two dogs (yes, we have a Chihuahua, so you might call us the typical California household, though I hate him). I am more of a cat-lady myself. I have owned a rat and several different species of catterpilars/butterflies in my lifetime. I have been role playing since I was nine on Neopets, so I guess you could say around 9 years of experience. I regularly role play Dragonriders of Pern, though you can see me in zombie rps, Dollhouse rps, and sometimes Marvel. I even got myself into a Pokemon rp once.... Speaking of which, I love Pokemon, too... but just the games, not the shows (at least not since Misty left).

I love Sci-Fi, and was horrified when 1) Stargate Atlantis was cancelled and 2) Sci-Fi changed to Sy-fy. Besides the Whedon shows, I love all Stargates except for the stupid new Universe, Lost, Heroes, all CSI's, NCIS (not LA), Bones, Chuck, and a couple other shows that I can't quite put my tongue on now. I love watching crappy Sci-fi movies just so I can laugh at their horrible CGI (Raptor Island from Sy-Fy anyone?), and love horror/action/Sci-fi movies. One of my favorites is Wrong Turn (RUN ELIZA, RUN!) and the Resident Evil Series.

I also love video games... Left 4 Dead, Resident Evils, Legend of Zelda, Halo (yes, I am a Halo geek, but with Nathon Fillion and Adam Baldwin voicing some of the guys --"HERE COMES VERA!"-- I think it's okay). I'm partial to FPS, but Super Smash Bros, Pokemon, Super Mario, and adventure games are all okay as well.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you know that I may not be active for the next few days, maybe more like a week or so.

I've had a malware problem on my computer. I've had the same malware infection twice in two weeks and I have no idea where its coming from. I want to think it was through the browser I was using cos that is the only commonality.

This is just really frustrating to me, so if I am not responding to any threads I apologize its just going to take a little for me to get myself organized again (I wasn't even organized when it happened).

Sorry for this sudden, but hopefully not long, departure.
